Brief Description: Glue bug screens in NACA vents.
As you can see I used a aluminum epoxy to glue in the screens inside the NACA vents. I scuffed up the plastic vent surface real good. This stuff is strong. Its so hard when its cured it can be machined. I just don’t seeing it breaking away.
To have better application control of the epoxy I put the mixed epoxy inside a syringe. We have a small business where we use these syringes so I have bunches of them. Squeezes out smooth with good control. You can buy the syringes on the net real cheap.
