Brief Description: Fit and drill F-643 to F-768A Sub Panel.
To locating and drill the F-643, I decided to fit and drill it to the F-768A sub panel by assembling the sub panel, cleco it all to the fuselage and clecoing on the top forward skin. Takes out all the guess work in locating it.
