Next I need an easy way to cut this small part.
I needed a good way to hold this thing while making the cuts on my table saw. I came up with this clamping system. A little over kill? Nope. I'll be able to reuse this for clamping other small parts for sawing. I adjusted the fence on the table saw so that the wood base is exactly the same width as the distance between the fence and inner side of the blade. Doing this made aligning the part in the jig very easy. I like it. Safe and easy.
