Brief Description: Locate and drill F-712D Elevator up stop.
In stead of locating the F-712D elevator up stop by mounting the vertical stabilizer I just clamped a couple pieces of aluminum angle. The holes through the elevator stop and fuselage are critical holes in my opinion. The holes go through the very aft end of the longeron. I wanted these holes perfectly located and perfectly aligned. Using the vertical angles to locate and clamp the elevator stop just seemed like a better idea then using the vertical stabilizer itself.
