Brief Description: Roll Bar - Drill roll bar to fuselage. Part 7.
Here we need to pre drill the 732E angles as per plans. Of course I match drilled all the holes in these little angle pieces by match drilling them through 1/8” angle stock. Once drilled, clamp them in place and match drill the 732A brace underneath.
Image 3 - The 732A brace is not perpendicular to the roll bar. It slants downward 2 degrees. So, I actually made my 732E mini angles so they slant down as well to match the brace. I’m pointing to the adjusted angle here in image 3. Just makes for a nicer fit of things but probably over kill.
