Brief Description: Roll Bar - Drill roll bar to fuselage. Part 2.
Image 1 - Match drilled the forward outboard roll bar holes through the skin to #30. Image 2 - Match drill the aft outboard roll bar holes through the pre drilled 631C/D to #12. Image 3 - Counter sink using #12 or 3/16 counter sink bit to receive a #8 screw. As others have stated the counter sink ends up deeper on the forward side because the bracket is not perpendicular to the roll bar. The bracket follows the skin angle.
