Brief Description: Roll Bar - Trim bottom for angle assembly.
The bottom of the 631 roll bar needs this trim in order for the 631C/D angle assembly to nestle inside. Plans just say trim to fit but studying the angle assembly and the 10 degree angle the roll bar slants back, it becomes obvious of the trim required.
As the pictures show, I started with a grind off bit, followed by a mini cutoff wheel. The vixen file did a nice job on shaping the rounded curve that fits in the vertex of the angle assembly. Finished it off with emery cloth.
Notice I decided to do this trim before priming and riveting the roll bar.
