Brief Description: Roll Bar - Trim the top channels to match to botto
While I’m at it, lets trim the top roll bar channels as well. I haven’t cut the large holes on the rear channels yet that would cut out the tooling holes. I used the tooling holes in the channels to cleco the trimmed channels to the untrimmed channels. Then simply use the belt sander to trim the untrimmed channel to match the trimmed channel. Sorry, no pictures of this. Now I’m assured the top and bottom channels are exactly the same. I’ll cut the large hole later. As you’ll see later I use the tooling hole again to help clamp the channel to the jig.
