Brief Description: Cut shoulder harness cable slot in F651 bulkhead.
Started this slot in the F-651 bulkhead by match drilling (big surprise) the bulkhead through the shoulder harness wear block. Then simply expand the hole cut the edges. I wanted to make sure the wear block hole was in the center of the bulkhead slot. They are. Oh good.
