Next is to drill the clip attach hole in the precise location. You know me. I like to match drill anything I can. So, I made this little match drill jig. All I do is align the end of the jig to the end of the clip curve. Clamp and match drill. Image 1 shows how I held it in my hand to drill it. Fast, easy and precise.
All the holes in all my clips are in the exact same location.
