Installed the ARINC-429. Ran Network Detect, and updated the firmware on the ARINC-429. Updated the Map Database for the SKyview. Updated the Nav Database on the GNS430w Configured the GNS430w to the Skyview D1000. Wheeled the aircraft outside the hanger, allow both the Skyview and GNS430 to get dialed in. Configured the Skyview to navigate from the GNS... Ran a CDI deviation test... Checked Flight data, and approach activation. Checked Geo-Reference approach... Flight plan couese is not shown on the approach plate. The approach course is depicted on the map... I was hopeful. All ground testing successful.
