Removed the Trays and mounting hardware from the aircraft. Started intergrating the GTR225 with the PMA600B. On the test bench, I cut the harness wires to the correct length, soldered and sealed the wires. Capped off and sealed a few of the wires I will not be using right away. Hooked the harness to power on the bench, and turned on each unit and tested. Tested back lighting and auto dimming functions. Checked, Headsets, and speakers, checked TX and RX via my ICOM Handheld. Hook an antenna to GTR225, and was able to easily pick up air traffic arriving at KLAL for Sun n Fun.
Just need to find the Tray for the GNS430w and/or the GTN650... I will make that decision as I visit the vendors at Sun n Fun.
