Began by applying the final torque values to cylinder hold down nuts. Installed the lifters (DRY), pushrods and checked the dry tappet clearance... Exhaust both checked at .028 and intakes were .035 and .045. The limits are a minimum of .028 and max of .080... so we are looking good... If you are out of limitis you adjust by replacing the pushrods with either shorter or longer, Reference: Lycoming SI-1060K
Cylinder #2 Removed the pushrods / rocker assemblies. Installed the pushrod shrouds, and secured via the hold down spring. Lubricated, Installed pushrods, rocker arm assemblies. Temporarily installled valve cover.
