More work on the cowling... Matched the upper and lower cowling. Measured and aligned the hinges, began by using a rotary file to create the access holes for the stainless steel hinge pins. I installed cowling on the fusealge and drilled the hinges in place. This worked for me to make sure everything was held in place exactly how it will be in operation.
The cowl and spinner clearance is 1/4" as required.
