I dedicated my whole day to finishing the right fuel tank...
Scuffed and cleaned the rear baffle. Modified my hand rivet tool to fit the Z-bracket. Used the EAA technique by slightly bending the rivet shank, it worked great, AD-42-H rivets. Inspected all internal components of the fuel tank, to make sure all was in order. Sealed and installed the rear baffle. Sealed and installed the access cover.
Late in the evening I applied a slight pressure using the ballon technique, just to see if I had any obvious leaks. The balloon stayed inflated with no real decrease in size fro 1 hour. I did not even tape up the fuel cap... seems to seal nicely.
I depressionized the tank... I will let it sit for a couple of days... then do the official leak testing. I am happy with the results.
