Brief Description:  Fuel System Pressure / Flow Testing

Inspected the fuel tanks and lines after letting the fuel sit in the tanks for a day or two.
Everything looked good... no leaks in the tanks, and / or the connections.

I disconnected the fuel line from the carburator, and connected a 12ft 3/8" clear fuel line.
Snaked it back to the left fuel tank filler neck. Set the fuel selector to the left tank and applied a slight vacuum (sucked) on the hose until I could see fuel enter the clear tube. Secured the tube in the filler neck and turned on the boost pump. I allowed the pump to circulate fuel through the Filter (Gasolator) until all the air was removed and allowed a constant flow of fuel through the left side fuel system. Repeated the same on the right fuel system.

Check for leaks, all looked good.

I turned the boost pump off, and capped off the fuel line at the carb. Turned the boost pump on and allowed pressure to build through the left system, checking for any leaks inside and out. Repeated the process on the right side. Pressure sabilized at 4.7psi. Successful Test.

I also set the fuel gauge parameters as follows:

Red: 0-5 gal
Yellow: 5-10 gal
Green: 10-20 gal
