Brief Description: Back plate for IPAD on Instrument Panel
Removed the mounting plate (Just 1/4" 4 layer plywood) from the aircraft that will be used for the IPAD. Applied 2 layers of glass to seal it up, it will mount and cover the hole in the intrument panel that is designated for the 2nd Dynon 10" D1000 glass panel. I will smooth out the panel and paint to match the instrument panel.
Note: Dynon contacted me and confirmed the EMS220 issue when using the Push-to-Talk. Sent a RMA for the modification. I shipped the EMS module out yesterday, Tech Support said it is a quick mod, and turn around time should be minimal. Looking at the brightside, its nice to get these bugs worked out when I have easy access to everything.
