Fitting / Adjusting the canopy frame. The forward frame legs that attach to the rollers were about 3/8" difference in length. measured and trimmed to level the frame to the fuselage, which brought the top forward and rollbar measurement to the specified 3/8"
Measured and drilled the C-677 rear pin mount on the left side, along with the C-665 mount block. Measured the angles to drill the 1/4" hole in the C-665 block for the canopy rear pin. Drilled mounting hole in the C-665... Stepped it up via a pilot hole and then up the 1/4" and then used a countsink to open the lead in for the canopy pin.
