I decided to change a bit today, I have been so wrapped up in the Skyview stuff. A few months ago... I measured out and fitted the lower cowling. I measure out the 1/8" hinge mount points for the lower cowling. Fabricated a .020" shim for each side. Match drilled, deburred and countersunk the hinge. Double checked everything, and riveted the mounts in place on both sides of the fuselage.
Removed the instrument panel to prep it for prime and paint.
