Installed the Roll Bar... Wd-641
Made sure everything was measured, squared and clamped in place.
Fitted the C-668 spacers, drilled per DWG 42.
Bolted everything in place, it took forever to get the spacers, bolts, washers, and nuts in place.
To get under the F-721B flange was a pain in backside. I check for square, looked good.
I installed the forward fuselage structure and top skin.
Fitted the Wd-643-SS roll bar brace, drilled and trimmed to F-7108A/B.
Cut to length to the Wd-641 roll bar. Removed the top skin, and bolted everything in place.
Assembled the Wd-644/C-658 roller assembly.
Cut the C-657 canopy tracks, layed out and pre-drilled the channels.
Clamped the channels in place and rolled the slider frame in place.
Drilled the C-661 rear slider block... that's where I screwed up.
I will need to buy another one $11.40... per Van's web store.
Other than that... it is going to together pretty good.
