Brief Description: Installed cooling fan and guard
I finished up the cooling fan guard today. I had one goof, when cutting out the piece I cut off where one of the screw holes was supposed to go. I fixed this by riveting on a tang and adding a thin washer underneath.
After installing everything I powered it up and it all ran well. I put ¼” spacers under the grill, when I tested the fan I put my hand over the grill to block the air inlet, the spacers allow enough air to the inlet that even if a bag were against the grill there is still plenty of cooling air.
