Brief Description:  Prepared to fit front top skin

I returned yesterday from my HS reunion which was a real blast. I jumped around on a few items. The first thing I tackled was to bend the top of the firewall to 8 degrees IAW the plans. The thing arrived bent to about 20 degrees. I cut some MDF to the shape of the firewall and clamped some bracing and tweaked it into position. I next re-installed the roll bar which needs to be in place for the front skin fitting. I took the front skin and cut out the sections for the baggage door and the part that stick into the cockpit. I smoothed all of the edges and clecoed the baggage door forward and rear support in place. I need to finish up and rivet the flange on the instrument panel so I ended the day playing around with some switch location ideas. I need to cut he holes for the air vent, G-meter and switches before I can rivet the flange to the panel side supports.
