Brief Description:  Adjusted fit of aft mount

I worked on the aft control mount to try and remove some of the binding I was getting. It involved slotting the holes in the aft mount (a suggestion I got off VAF) so I had some room to move it forward and aft just slightly. This seemed to do the trick the other area I worked on was getting the aft control mount bearing nut tight without moving the orientation of the aft bearing. You can see in the photo is centered on the bracket now.

I then trimmed off some of the aft seat belt anchor points. They interfered with the aft bolts for the flap actuator blocks. It is not a great picture but you can see the slight curved area with some pen marks. Now I can get the socket onto the bolt head.
