Brief Description:  2: Tested (R) Master and Park Valve for leaks

I installed the new nipple (aircraft grade this time) and it is definitely a tougher aluminum. I also installed the AN-fitting to the lower port.

I picked up some brake fluid from a local guy so I could test my connections. I talked with a guy at MATCO about how to go about it. I wanted to check the connections at the master cylinder and the parking brake valve on the bench while it was easy to reach. I had such a time removing the old reservoir that I decided to leave the right side alone and just test it for leaks. I connected the lower cylinder fitting to a brake line then to the parking brake valve. I capped the exit fitting on the parking brake valve. After filling the brake reservoir I pumped the brake pedal by hand until I could not see any air bubbles coming up in the reservoir. I really leaned on the pedal several times and there were no leaks. Looks like the EZ lube will work just fine. I just installed the left side fittings so I will not check them for leaks until tomorrow. I did hook up the line to the left side of the parking brake valve to test for leaks and none noted, so the parking brake valve can now be installed.
