Nice productive day today, I started by testing the left master cylinder for leaks. It took a while to bleed the air out but once done I leaned on the rudder pedal several times and no leaks. With that done I re-installed and cotter pinned the master cylinders to the rudder pedal assembly. I then installed the brake lines that run from the masters to the parking brake. I have clocked the lower fitting so the lines are very close to the reservoir housing to minimize hose interference. Well it looks like in service the two hoses will just touch. I will have to come up with some way to protect the lines from abrasion. Too bad they were not already made with a clear plastic coating like my Bonoco lines that will run down the gear leg! Clear shrink wrap will look the best if I can find some that will fit over the fitting and shrink enough, otherwise I will use some silicone tape.
