Well I finally finished the labels, I think at the end I was getting the hang of making the decals. Working with small pieces helped but when setting the decal it was easy to have it be off just a bit. You can see from the photo how some just don’t line up just right. I have some letters that did not come out perfectly either, but I am calling it good. The labels a fairly sturdy but will not hold up to any kind of scratching. Since I still need to work with the panel to install the circuit breakers I plan to hit the panel with some satin clear coat. Another long day but it is finally done, hopefully my switch labels will not take nearly as long.
