I continued work on the circuit breaker panel. I first painted it with a clear matte finish to protect the labels. I then installed the circuit breakers into the panel. I ended up short one 5 amp breaker and one 1 amp breaker. I had some 2 and 10 amp breakers left over, not sure where my count went wrong when I ordered. I will use a 2 amp breaker for the 1 amp I am missing. It is for the intercom and the wire size will support up to a 5 amp breaker. Just to be sure I email Stark Avionics and confirmed the 2 amp breaker will be OK. I next cut the .032 x ½” brass for the three bus bars. I then drilled the holes and gave it a test fit. I next have to tie the top two rows together and then tie the second row to the bottom via the diode which is on the black heat sink on the right side of the photos. That will have to be tomorrow.
