Be careful when using a home made easel for the drawings. Years ago I made an easel for artwork; it is a tri pod design with a very pointy top. I have had my drawings on a board that is setting on the easel. While doing the wing rack I had several drawings draped over the back of the board. I knocked the board and as it fell the sharp top to the easel pierced the drawings dead center. The good news is I was able to order new ones from Van's. I guess I will need to build a better drawing holder.
