Wow, I received the call today that my quick build kit is ready for pickup. I was thinking it would be the end of September before it would be ready. Put hey who is complaining. I was hoping my Dad would make it out for the trip to pick it up, but this is kind of short notice. I will just have to put him to work with the riveting at a later date. I will pick it up in a week; expect some pictures to get posted when the bad boy is in my garage.
I am way behind the power curve; I have not built the rack for the wings or fuselage. I do have a mover’s dolly for the fuselage and some wood, so I can make a temporary stand for the fuselage. Not sure what I will do with the wings that will be the first thing I work on after I pick up the kit. Unfortunately I have to work between now and the time I go pick up the kit next week! The 28th is the big day, see you then.
