I had a short day today, all I did was sand the FAB and roll on some clear resin and put some filler on the right corner of the cowling. I had not made the two little clips for the baffle so I made those and riveted them in place. I also re-installed the oil return line for cylinder #3 since I think I am done with putting the baffle on and off.
I began work on the tension rods that hold the lower tangs of the cylinder baffles in place. I made a mock up of the shape I need from left over hinge pin. I will make the real rods out of the stainless pin provided once I like the shape. I still have to make 3 more.
