I completed riveting the front baffles today, with one hiccup. When I test fit the left front baffle I discovered I had riveted the forward bracket on backwards. Thankfully it only took removing 4 easy to reach rivet to reverse the bracket and re-rivet things back together.
I next turned my attention to the FAB alternate air. I decided to go with the metal stock alt air system if for no other reason than when I deviate from the plans things take long to get done. I cut the hole for the door flange and match drilled to the FAB. I made a reinforcing ring for the inside of the FAB to keep the rivet from cutting through the FAB. I was ready to rivet the alt air door on but I need to prime and paint the FAB first.
