Brief Description:  Oil cooler corner brace

More work on the rear baffle and oil cooler. I marked and drilled the doubler for the cooler. This was a tricky bit because I was drill into the #4 baffle flange, the inside of which had a radius. I wanted to get the cooler as far inboard as possible but had to avoid this radius. I managed to nail it dead on. After drilling this I fit the support brace that goes on top. My baffle sides are much lower to clear the cowl with the proper gap so this brace sit up higher than that depicted in the drawings, also because of this the angle across the front of the #4 baffle needed to be trimmed. I made a face plate to help support this area and match drilled it to the #4 baffle. In looking things over I have a nice fit but with air pressure the rear baffle will flex and I am not sure how to support this. The baffle and cooler are done according to the plans but I know I have read where guys are getting cracks in the baffle near the cooler in a few hundred hours. I will have to research this tonight. I know an angle would be good in the rear corner but then I would have radius issues with my cooler nut plates.
