To support the aft wall of the engine baffle I made a cross brace from some thick walled aluminum tube. Others get cracks in the baffle at left corner, in looking at the set up the aft wall of the baffle flexes a lot and this is transferred to the corner. Like others to fix this issue some type of bracing is required. It is amazing how much stiffer the entire corner is after installing the brace. I made sure I could still get a spark plug wrench on the plugs
I spent some time on routes for the oil lines, since I am going with the Stewart 8432R the hoses that Van’s supplies will not work so I have to order new ones.
