Brief Description:  Mounted elevator and fit wire to tail light

Sanded the rudder top and bottom, I devised a wire run and support by test fitting the bottom 3 times! I plan to use a stainless clamp to hold the wire at the lower left VS support bolt. I have a slot in the forward part of the rudder bottom that will allow for rudder movement, the wire only slightly touches the rudder bottom. I have snake skin over the wire and will put some abrasion protection on the fairing as well. The wire could have been longer, but I have enough that I can remove the trail light pull the wire out of the aft end of the rudder bottom to disconnect the connector then the rudder can be taken off. To put the rudder back on something has to be attached to the airplane end of the connector so that it can be pulled out the aft hole where the tail light mounts.

After sanding the filler I put on yesterday from the elevator tips, I mounted the elevators using the attachment pin set from Avery Tools. This allowed me to fit the horizontal stab tips. I had the right mostly done then started on the left before calling it a day.

NOTE: I forgot the camera; I had taken the vertical stabilizer and rudder off by the next day. I did get a shot of the elevators on though.
