Today was more final rigging, now that the floor is in, I can re-install the flap weld mount. I first had to safety the flap motor bearing, these can work loose, the shaft from the motor move just a bit as the flap motor changes direction and this has a tendency to let it come loose. The safety wire prevents this movement.
The big job today was to install all of the interior fuel lines and make sure they are were nice and tight; eventually there will be a real test with fuel, sure done want fuel leaking into the cockpit! After the fuel lines the console went in place along with the fuel shutoff valve bezel and handle.
I ended the day by beginning the install of the rudder pedals.
