I drilled the reaming two eyeballs to accept the fat cables Van’s supplies with the kit. I then attached the throttle cable at both ends I played around with the adjustment but could not get the idle end to work out. I was hitting the stop on the quadrant before the fuel control actually hit it’s idle stop. I was very close but not good.
After dinner I looked at things again and realized I could move it up a hole, as it turns out I should have been using the upper hole the lower one is for the rear throttle push rod. By moving the cable to the upper hole it gives the perfect amount of throw in the lever. I hit the servo idle stop with just a little bit left before the throttle lever hits the quadrant stop.

The only way to get the lever throw is to set the anchor as far foward as possible.
