Brief Description:  Re-layed out CBs

A long day but I work slowly. I made a new bracket that will hold the Molex connectors for the right console switches. I failed to take a picture but you should see it in later posts.

I then turned my attention to the new circuit breaker layout. I ended up with an extra hole on the Avionics/Essential bus so I move the flaps there, I really don’t view the flaps as essential but of the circuits left off the essential it was the most suited to be on the essential bus; it is a short load so it will not eat up available power.

I made two new bus bars for the top two rows of breakers; I extended the ends and will use some half inch stock to tie the top two rows into one main bus. This proves to be a much lower profile; the #8 wire I was using bowed out and was in the way of closing the panel. I definitely will have to re-label the panel; I am thinking I will add a layer of plastic or metal that the labels will attach, this way if I have to make a new label I do not have to take the entire panel out. I will sand and re-paint the panel before I do this.
