Brief Description:  Stick wire arrangement

Well all is not lost after consulting the manual and looking at the Dynon Forum, it seems that running power for both servos is not only OK but seems to be the way most have done it, maybe because that is the way the wire diagram in the manual show it! I am really not sure why I planned for separate circuit breakers. So the way I wired the servos together yesterday will be just fine, I just need to up the size of the circuit breaker that I use, it will also mean relabeling the CB panel since I will now have an spare hole.

What I worked on with the few hours I was in the shop to day was the wiring of the sticks. I removed the sticks to strip off the blue insulation that covers the wires. After re-installing them I installed the terminal tray and sorted out how to anchor and run the wires to each terminal. The nut plate I had installed the hold the flap motor wires was in the way so I removed the tray and drilled out the rivet holding the nut plate. After I re-installed the tray I think I finally sorted out how to run the wires to each terminal. The plan right now is to run wires for the front and rear stick on the forward side of the tray, the other side will be the wires that go to the items controlled by the switches on the sticks.
