Brief Description:  Secured stick wires

Wow time to catch up on the log entries. I have actually put in work on the plane but so much is design and not actual work. I finally decided how to secure the wire cable for each stick. This is kind of tricky in that you don’t want to create resistance because this would hinder control movement. The RV has very responsive controls and I don’t want to mess this up.

I needed more 2 more terminals, so I added a two terminal strip to the front of my tray. I did not realize that my intercom system requires two separate push to talk buttons (this will be the trigger on the stick), this is what crated the need for two more terminals. I will run the flap wires to two lug terminal since it is so close to the flap control board. I went ahead and wired one side of the flap terminal to the flap control board. I then had to decide how to run the flap motor wires to the flap control board, I think I have it figured out but we will see. I added a small clamp to the front of the tray to hold the flap motor wires.
