Brief Description:  Electrical - More wires, and redos

I continued the electrical system with more wire runs and redo’s. I had run part of the Van’s harness wire I had for the left side lights, well that was going to waste too much wire, so I removed it from the right and ran it to the left. I then measured and cut the wire I needed to the left side, only this time to make things a little more organized I taped the wires to the fuselage and zip-tied the wires into a bundle, then went back and tied it with lacing cord. I then pulled this wire bundle along with the antenna cables for the right side.

I discovered that the hole in the bottom of the F802 was not large enough for all the wires I was running so I decided to enlarge the hole. Well I could pull all of the wires out except the wire that runs back to the remote compass. Not being willing to redo the wire run to the back I opted to remove the 25 pin connector at the front of the harness. This did not take as long as I thought, I opened up the hole and added some protection to the edge of the hole and then re-installed the connector to the Dynon harness. Thank goodness the Dynon manual has good drawings of these connectors. I had to pay close attention putting the connector back as since there are multiple white and black wires.
