Used aileron to mark hole for aileron balance arm. Making it square to the rivet line makes the layout a lot easier to transfer the information. Measured down and gave it .25" clearance fore both up and down.
Had to locally (by the hole) bend the flange down to clear the heim joint.
Made .75" hole in the center of the exsisting hole through the doubler and only cleared out where necessary.
