Brief Description: Transport wings and begin upgrade
Moved the wings back from the airport after flying up to Y83 for breakfast.
5 guys Bob Mahieu, Ren Sagert, Doug Contheau (sp) Steve Johnson and 3 more whose names I didn't get, nor did I get any pictures. After we got them down and in the cradle Ren offered to help me get them home on his truck. We flipped the cross rails on his toneau cover, padded them with moving pads, used a riser platform up and back from his hitch with a platform and cushion. Tied one wing down with root forward and drove it home.
Got it all there and in the cradle before dark. Got both wings there and called Steven Johnson to bring his pickup and get the cradle. Doug provided chase vehicle protection from traffic and we never went over 45 with Parnelli Ren at the wheel. Had to slow him down on the dirt road by the airport and even had him stop so I could reattach straps.
Later that night I spent 1 hour removing the flaps
