Draw shape on table and mark ends right from the bottom skin with a sharpie wide point.
Setup arbor press and clamp to table so it won't lift. Spacer wheels up with 2 x 4. Mark tangent points and gently bend to shape. I had to keep flattening it out as it twists a little in this setup. Just worked it by hand over the edge of the bench to flatten and the arbor press till it was flat and had the right shape.
