I need to close up this 90 degree L-Angle to a 45 degree for the upper frame on the wingtip.
Made this setup in the vice using a paint stir stick. Cut the stick in half and used two way tape to stick it the the maple soft jaws to act as a guide and just close the vice gently marking a stop with the handle position. It took several passes through but the results were worth the effort. Use overlapping steps, that is only move the part half a vice width, and step it through the whole length.
