Eaa chapter 13 has a tool lending program so I call and got a hammer drill. Had to run out to Ray Airport to pick it up, then off to Home Depot to get a 3/4 dia 10" long bit to get through the floor in the garage.
Needed every bit of the 10" length, broke through at about 8" and drove the Ground Rod in till it stopped at about 3" above the floor. This area is right underneath my air compressor and won't be in the way.
