I was getting tired of tripping over all the clamps I was keeping piled up in front of my tool box so I made a rack out of stuff I had around.
The unions were cut in half and used to hold the conduit in place as collars inside the support 2 x 4's. I kept the collar screw towards the wood to keep it out of the way of the clamps.
I did not use any cross bracing, Just screwed it all together and it appears to be sturdy enough.
1 pc 3/4" plywood 14 x 26 4 pcs 2 x 4 x 29.5" 7 pcs 3/4" od EMT condiut 14" long 7 pcs 3/4" EMT Unions 4 casters
That oughta help keep it a little less messy around here.
