Pilot drilled the skin first then lined up the Elevator Cutout Channel and pilot drilled it. Once the channel was clecoed in place I pilot drilled the trim tab hinge to the elevator and enlarged the holes to #30.
Layed out the holes for the trim tab servo and arms. Moved everything left 5mm to put the rod hole between rivets already in the part.
Just as I looked at these pictures I noticed I did my layout on the wrong side of the rib. It was facing up when I drew it. Glad I didn't cut the holes yet.
