Filed edges flat to the line then checked with calipers. Dimensions came out within .005"
Set tools in press brake and adjusted radius by adding two strips of 1 1/4 metal, one was .055 and the other was .028. Tha gave me a real nice 1/8" radius on the material.
Only one problem, well actually two, I inverted em. That is the one that is .032 is .040 and visa-versa. Oops!
