Brief Description: Build Wing Stand from CH601.org
My wings have been out at the airport and have been getting moved around. The trouble with that is the cradles they are in are not designed to be moved very easily. This design from http://www.ch601.org/tools/Wing%20Stand/wing_stand.htm should take care of that problem and make it easier ans less damage prone to move the wings.
Yesterday, this came up as we were going to move them to another airport. I canceled that plan and will try to move them in this setup.
Tomorrow we load the wings and see how it moves. I should be able to roll it right up on a 17' uhaul using moving dollys and a couple of extra set of hands.
