Made a bump stop on the bottom of the disks to give positive location. Trimmed a 45 degree angle to get the stations close and used a 3" 24 grit grinding disk to merge the stations to the disks. Just grind a little and check the fit buy looking at the bump stop displacement from the main back bone.
